We are a provider that can give you a comprehensive approach to your health. At Fortified Physio we want your experience to be individual to you, placing your goals and success at the forefront.
**Don't have a Physical Therapy referral from your physician? No worries, we allow Direct Access (no referral necessary).**
**We currently do not accept insurance, visits will be a flat fee. We will however, be happy to provide you with a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.**

Dr. Michael Ellis PT, DPT, Cert-CMFA

Michael is a co-founder and physical therapist at Fortified Physio. He graduated from California State University, Chico in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology. He then attended the University of the Pacific and graduated in 2017 with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Michael has since gone on to complete an orthopedic residency through Evidence in Motion and has obtained his Clinical Management of the Fitness Athlete certification through the Institute of Clinical Excellence. Michael lives in Chico with his wife and children.
